THE and<\/strong> recently introduced Company and Personal Profiles to the login experience for business customers to help them better manage their content.<\/p>\n

For customers with multiple Adobe profiles associated with a unique address<\/strong> email, all content stored in the Adobe cloud was placed in a Personal profile, and users were given 60 days of free access to all Adobe Creative Cloud applications to ensure there would be no interruption to their work.<\/p>\n

Some customers have received an email informing them that their free access to Creative Cloud All Apps is expiring, which is confusing. Note:<\/strong> Free access to their Personal Profile expires, not their business license.<\/p>\n

Instructions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

To reduce and eliminate any ambiguity it should be clarified that:<\/p>\n

1. If they have business content stored on Their personal profile<\/strong>, they should move it to the appropriate one Company profile<\/strong> before their Personal Profile expires. See detailed instructions on how to move content between profiles.<\/a><\/p>\n

2. Content stored outside Adobe cloud storage \u2013 such as on a hard drive, network storage or other cloud storage services \u2013 Not affected<\/strong> from these changes.<\/p>\n

3. The profile management article<\/a> includes more details on choosing which profile to use and how to manage it.<\/p>\n
