Adobe is adding new artificial intelligence capabilities to Acrobat AI Assistant, helping users understand contracts more easily. The new “contract understanding capabilities” allow Acrobat’s AI Assistant to automatically recognize when a document is a contract and summarize complex wording, making it easier to understand.
Smart Contract Analysis
Acrobat AI Assistant can identify key terms, suggest relevant questions, and compare up to ten different versions of a contract, highlighting any inconsistencies or changes. This allows users to easily identify critical information, such as important dates and financial charges, that are often lost in long texts.
Available from Today
Acrobat AI Assistant is available as an add-on service for Acrobat users. The new contract analysis feature is available today on desktop, web, and mobile, initially supporting only English, with more languages to be added in the future.
Save Time and Better Understanding
According to research cited by Adobe, 70% of consumers have signed contracts without fully understanding all the terms. “Users open billions of contracts in Adobe Acrobat every month, and artificial intelligence can fundamentally change their experience,” said Abhigyan Modi, head of Adobe Document Cloud.
